knows.

If God would give us another chance; and yet over and over
again. If he would not destroy us because of our hidden sins and mistakes; if
he wouldn’t give up on us despite our unfaithfulness, lies and other unspoken
hidden things we have done, then why should it be difficult for us to forgive
others?
If I can still remember what Jesus said in the scripture: “Whoever
is without sin among you, let him be the first to cast a stone at her.” Let me reinterpret
it by saying: Let he among you who have not committed a sin before (or who is
not committing at all) cast the first stone. I pretty understand that “forgetting
the event may not be easy, but do we really have excuse for not forgiving”?
The truth about forgiveness is that you are doing more help
to yourself rather than to the offender. Yes, this piece is directed at you. Keeping grudge and malice for years? It would not take you anywhere, but gives
you years of nurtured pain and unhealed scar. Is hope alive?
